Single screw pump

Single screw pump is a commonly used positive displacement pump, mainly composed of a single screw rotor and a fixed screw liner (usually made of rubber material). The design of this pump enables it to perform excellently in handling fluids of various viscosities, including high viscosity liquids, liquids containing solid particles, and products that are prone to precipitation or solidification.

The main features of a single screw pump include:
1. Self suction ability: able to suck liquid from a low position or a long distance.
2. Uniform flow: stable output with minimal pulsation.
3. High efficiency: It can maintain high efficiency even under high pressure.
4. Wide applicability: It can transport various types of media, including corrosive liquids and suspensions containing a certain amount of solid particles.
5. Simple structure: easy maintenance, long service life.
